In the year 2019, transitioned into a corporate structure under “Vahh Chemicals Limited”.
On September 2024, our Company has taken over the proprietary business together with all its assets and liabilities of the ―M/s Aayush Chemical, proprietorship of Aayush Hiren Desai; M/s Aayush Bio-Energy, proprietorship of Hetal Hirenbhai Desai, Promoters of our Company. In the 2019 year, Hiren Desai along with the second-generation promoter “Aayush Hiren Desai” commenced the business of nutrition under our subsidiary “HSHS Nutraceuticals Limited”.
